To all the participants and delegates who pay the conference registration fee in advance, on-campus air-conditioned single room accommodation would be provided in the executive hostel. Importantly, participants and delegates are advised not to bring their family members along, as no family accommodation is available on the campus. The fee paid provides for participants/delegates to check in by the evening of 27th Dec 2009 (Sunday) and check out by the evening of 31st Dec 2009 (Thursday) evening, without the need to pay any additional charges.
