The campus has a full-fledged kitchen and dining hall that can accommodate about 70 people at a time. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the dining hall at specified hours. Dinners are sometimes served on the lawns outside the dining hall. Indian vegetarian and Indian non-vegetarian dishes are served during lunch and dinner. Apart from Indian (vegetarian) dishes, bread toast with butter and tomato sauce/ketchup/jam, eggs and omelet are served during breakfast, with seasonal fruit. Bed tea is served in the hostel rooms in the early mornings. One Indian newspaper (English language) is made available in the hostel rooms.

For those participants / delegates checking into ASCI by the evening of 27th Dec. 2009 (Sunday), there would be a pre-conference welcome dinner. There would be valedictory/farewell cocktails and dinner on the evening of 29th Dec. 2009. During the days of the conference, there would be arrangements made for lunches, dinners and tea/coffee with refreshments during the breaks.
