Arrangements for free pick up would be made by ASCI for those participants and delegates who have paid the Conference Registration fee and arriving at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad, Hyderabad. There is only one airport in Hyderabad for domestic and international flights. Arrival details should reach the Organizing Secretary at least one-week prior to the commencement of the Conference. It would be difficult to entertain requests received with shorter notice.

Others may like to use the metered or pre-paid taxi services that are available aplenty at the airport. There is an "Aero Express" bus service too run by the airport authorities at frequent intervals that brings the air travelers into the city. The closest service drop point to reach ASCI is Paryatak Bhavan (which houses the Andhra Pradesh State Tourism Office) in Green Lands, Begumpet, which is about 3 kms. from ASCI.
