The Hyderabad International Airport at Shamshabad is on the outskirts of the city, at a distance of about 35 kms. from ASCI, the venue of the Conference. It takes about 60-75 min. to reach ASCI, depending on the time of the day and the condition of the traffic. Outstation participants and delegates are advised to keep the journey time to the airport in mind while planning for return travel.

• At Khairatabad junction, a well-known and popular locality of Hyderabad, at the intersection of two popular roads of the city, viz. Raj Bhavan Road and Punjagutta Road
• Within walking distance from Raj Bhavan, the residence of His Excellency the Governor of the State of Andhra Pradesh – AP (whose capital is Hyderabad)
• Opposite the building called Vidyut Soudha, which houses the AP State Electricity Companies
• Beside the State Road Transport Authority’s Office and Press Club on the Punjagutta Road
