The Conference (Registration) Fee provides for:

- Participation in the Conference (all three days) including paper submission (if any)
- A copy of the Conference Proceedings
- Reading Material
- Conference Kit
- Use of Conference facilities and on-campus recreation facilities
- On campus board and lodging in air-conditioned single occupancy rooms
- Pre-Conference Welcome Dinner, Valedictory Cocktails and Dinner, Working lunches, Tea/coffee with Biscuits

The Conference (Registration) fees is payable in full, in advance of the Conference. Cancellations received no later than 3 months prior to the Conference date will be eligible for full refund of the fee paid. Notifications of cancellations received thereafter but prior to at least 2 weeks from the commencement of the Conference would be eligible for 50% refund of the fee paid.
